Meet Hob

Harry “Hob” Ingleson, II, brings nearly five decades of professional and community leadership experience to Camp Daggett. A practicing attorney in northern Michigan for 49 years, Hob was born and raised in Roscommon. He attended Michigan State University for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies, completed graduate work at Wayne State, and earned his law degree from Detroit College of Law (now the MSU College of Law). Though his family still owns and maintains their farm in Roscommon, Hob and his wife reside primarily in Petoskey due to work and family commitments.

Hob’s community service spans many organizations. He currently serves on the Kirtland Community College Foundation Board of Directors as secretary, the Northern Community Mediation Board of Directors, and the Heritage Cove Farm Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Sunrise Rotary Club in Petoskey, where he has been involved for more than 40 years.

His connection to Camp Daggett is long-standing: from 1998 to 2005, Hob served on the Camp Daggett Board of Directors representing the Sunrise Rotary Club. He is excited to return to this role and continue supporting Camp Daggett’s mission.
