Camp Daggett is proud to offer financial assistance for our local campers for Overnight Camp, Day Camp, and Adventure Camp. We know that access to camp can make a lasting impact, and we are committed to supporting local families through this program.

We are updating our financial assistance process to better support families and help with planning for the summer.

Financial Assistance Applications for 2026 Overnight Camp, Day Camp, and Adventure Camp will be open from September 8 – December 1, 2025.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Eligibility: Financial assistance is reserved for local campers who attend school in the Char-Em ISD.

• Deadline: All applications must be submitted by December 1. No late applications will be accepted.

• Decisions Before Registration: Families will be notified of financial assistance decisions before camp registration opens. This means you’ll know if you have received support before needing to secure your camper’s spot.

• Registration Still Required: Receiving financial assistance does not automatically register your child for camp. You will still need to register during your assigned registration window.

This change ensures that families have clear information about financial support before registration begins, making the process smoother and less stressful.

Please make sure you have your most recent pay stubs OR a copy of your most recent tax return or W-2 form ready to submit for the application. You must upload them on the application for it to be complete.
